Seeing as I don't have a blog and therefore can't be tagged to do this, I just wanted to add that I love Greek Cuisine too Paul :) we have family in Cyprus, and both there and Santorini hold a very special place in my heart ( I haven't yet been to Santorini, but there's reasons for that being a special place too :)- but yeah, I LOVE Greek dishes! I'll have to have you and Lea and your families over one day for a Greek Dish :)

Calamari done well is OH SO DELICIOUS! This was fun! I've filled it in on my blog and have past the "hot potato" on!

mmmmm calamari, when cooked properly is amazing. When I was in Uni, there was a tiny cafe that only made calamari and chips (think counter, two deep fat fryers and a fridge.) It was 30m from a fishing wharf and the calamari was caught and cleaned and cooked...

So many great memories.

:) I will look at sorting it out once I'm back Wellington way, which isn't too long now :)

as for calamari, I haven't tried it for about 14 years, since, when I was 11, thinking I was choosing some fried onion rings off of a hotel buffet in Cyprus, I was just a little surprised to find it was calamari under the batter...which back then I did not like one bit!!!! Perhaps I should try it again!

and Victor it was lovely to meet you that time ant Paul and Jo's :)
